Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups of any vegan milk.
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
- 1/4 of a cup of oil or vegan butter.
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
- 1 (big) tablespoon of brown sugar or maple syrup.
- 1 (big) tablespoon of baking powder.
- 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 2 scoops of hemp protein powder.
- fruits to serve as toppings.
Prep.
- Mix the wet ingredients first.
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
- Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients.
- Poor the wet stuff and start to whisk very quickly until consistent.
- Pop it in the waffle maker.
