Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of red kidney beans (or lentils)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 table spoon of vegetable stock powder
- 1 table spoon of smoked paprika
- 1 table spoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 table spoon of garlic
- 1 table spoon of sugar
- 1/2 a cup of walnuts
- 1/2 table spoon of cumin powder (add more if you like that taste)
- 1/2 table spoon of coriander powder (add more if you like that taste)
- 1/2 table spoon of baking soda to off-set the balsamic vinegar
- As many nachos as you want. This recipe works with half-a-bag-to-one-bag of
nachos.
Prep
- Start the pan with garlic and oil.
- Wash the black beans and red kidney beans to remove the can taste.
- Once the garlic is ready, but the canned beans in the pan.
- Add all the spices and mix it well
- Add the can of diced tomatoes
- Blend the walnuts and throw them in the pan too. The sauce will get thicker.
- Put the nachos on a plate and place the sauce on top.
- Optional: add cashew cheese sauce on top (recipe in the previous page).
