Ingredients
- 3/4 of a cup of cashews
- 3 1/2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon of tapioca flour (or agar agar powder)
- 1 teaspoon of stock powder
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
Prep
- Add boiling water to the cashews until they are floating.
- Leave it marinating for 15-20 minutes.
- Blend it with the remaining ingredients.
- Transfer to a pan on low heat and keep stirring it until you are satisfied
with its texture.
