Ingredients

• 4 cups of all purpose flour
• 1 1/3 cups of water
• 3 teaspoons of yeast
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 2 tablespoons of oil

Prep

• Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a big bowl.
• Whisk it.
• Add the oil and water.
• Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
• Split the dough into little balls and make a hole in the middle.

Optional

• Boil water in a pot with one and a half tablespoons of baking soda.
• Marinate the bagels in the pot with boiling water and baking soda for 1 minute.

Finishing

Throw it in the oven at 180C-190C until ready.
