Ingredients
- 4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 1/3 cups of water
- 3 teaspoons of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Prep
- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a big bowl.
- Whisk it.
- Add the oil and water.
- Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
- Split the dough into little balls and make a hole in the middle.
Optional
- Boil water in a pot with one and a half tablespoons of baking soda.
- Marinate the bagels in the pot with boiling water and baking soda for 1
minute.
Finishing
Throw it in the oven at 180C-190C until ready.
